Thank you for shopping at Custom Prints Central LLC. Because our products are custom-made to your specific requirements, we have a strict return policy. Please review the details below before placing your order.
1. Final Sale Policy
All custom-ordered products are considered Final Sale. Because these items are manufactured or personalized specifically for you, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun.
2. Exceptions (Damages and Issues)
The only exception to our "No Return" policy is if the item you received is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.
Please inspect your order upon reception. If there is an issue, you must contact us within 72 hours of delivery at orders@customprintscentral.com. To be eligible for a replacement or refund in these cases, please include:

3. Accuracy of Customization
We rely on the information you provide (text, images, measurements, or selections) to create your custom product. Custom Prints Central LLC is not responsible for errors resulting from:

Typos or spelling mistakes made by the customer.

Incorrect size or color selections.

Low-resolution images provided by the customer.
4. Refunds (If Applicable)
If a return or refund is approved due to a defect on our end, we will notify you once we’ve inspected the evidence provided. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days.
